Oxidant made just for the EZ Lash & Brow Tint. Creamy consistency for a no drip result. Gentle and safe to use in the eye area. Mix with your choice of tint color in a large pigment cup 1 to 1. Consistency should be like frosting, cover lashes completely. Result is a long lasting color that will last for weeks.
