1 Color Tint Kit

1 color tint kit made from a plant and vegetable base. Made to use around the eye area. Safe and easy to use. Mix with no-drip oxidant 1 to 1. Choose between Black, Brown or Blue/Black color. Color intensity can be adjusted by amount of time left on the hair. Shorter process time = lighter shade of color. Longer process time = darker shade of color. Use sparingly each tube will do 60 procedures. Kit Includes 1 1oz Oxidant, 25pk Large Pigment cups, 5pk Applicator Brushes, 5pk Q-Tips, Pack of cotton pads, 5pk toothpicks, 2pk 10pair per sheet Poly-coated under eye pads and 1 Tint with your choice of color.
