Return / Refund Policy

RETURN POLICY AS SHOWN HERE :To return your product, please contact us at ezpermanentmakeup@yahoo.com. If approved you will be provided with return instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs. Tracking is advised. Sorry, shipping costs will be non-refundable for returns. Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. ALL returns must be unopened, accompanied by an invoice and returned within 7-14 days of delivery. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 48 hours of the product delivery to the customer. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after the 7-14 day period. Possible Subject to a 20% restocking fee on special custom orders. All sales are considered final on all pigments, anesthetics, and educational material. Stolen packages will not be replaced however we will try to work with you if you give us a call.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Express Delivery is just a faster method it doesn't mean overnight.

Prices
