Return / Refund Policy

DUE TO THE COVID-19 WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING RETURNS AT THIS TIME. AFTER THIS EPIDEMIC WE WILL RESUME NORMAL RETURN POLICY AS SHOWN HERE :Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. ALL returns must be unopened, accompanied by an invoice and returned within 7 days of delivery or pickup. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 24 hours of the customers receipt of the product. Returns WILL NOT be accepted after the 7 day period. Subject to a 20% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for shipping charges on returns. Absolutely NO returns on all pigments, anesthetics, educational material and special order items.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-product basis. Please make note of the delivery charges associated with each item. Express Delivery is just a faster method it doesn't mean overnight.
